Yoga, for me, has been both a sanctuary and a training space- where I cultivate both mental agility and physical prowess. Your practice should be just that: yours. It should feel personal to you, and be attuned to your body, mind, and life season.

I furthered my teacher training and am certified as a trauma-informed practitioner. I believe in teaching with clarity, strength, and respect. My approach blends attention to proper alignment, breath work, and intuitive flow.
